Terms of Service

Last updated: March 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ethereal.pub services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Ethereal.pub for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Ethereal.pub;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Payments & Cryptocurrency Transactions

All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, once a cryptocurrency payment has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances. By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

For payments made via card or other traditional payment methods, the refund policy outlined in Section 4 applies.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests for non-cryptocurrency purchases are subject to the following conditions:

  • 48-Hour Window: You may request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase, but only if the software is genuinely not working for you and the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Support Requirement: Before a refund can be issued, you must cooperate with our support team and follow all troubleshooting steps provided. If you refuse to engage with support, decline assistance, or fail to follow the instructions given, your refund request will be denied.
  • No Refunds After 48 Hours: Any refund request submitted more than 48 hours after the original purchase will not be honoured, regardless of the reason.
  • Crypto Purchases: As stated in Section 3, all cryptocurrency transactions are final. No refunds will be issued for any purchase made with cryptocurrency.

Refund requests should be submitted through a support ticket in our Discord server. Ethereal.pub reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the above criteria.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Ethereal.pub are provided on an 'as is' basis. Ethereal.pub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Ethereal.pub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Ethereal.pub, even if Ethereal.pub or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Ethereal.pub could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Ethereal.pub does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
